4. FIRST-AID MEASURES
Eyes contact: Do not use hand rub. Rinse eyes immediately with large amounts of water for at least 15 minutes. If irritation or other effect persist get medical attention.
Skin contact: Remove the contaminated clothing. Rinse affected area thoroughly with soap and water. Do not use solvent or diluents. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.
Ingestion: Get medical attention and treatment immediately. Drink large quantities of water and induce vomiting. Seek medical attention.
Inhalation: Remove to exposure or in the fresh air, Restore and support breathing. Use a large amounts of water to flash the nasal cavity, oral cavity. Get medical help any breathing difficulty.Seek medical attention if symptoms persist

5. FIRE-FIGHTING MEASURES

Extinguishing media: Water. Foam, dry powder, CO2, Water spray. Use extinguishing media appropriate for surrounding fire.
Special fire fighting procedures: Firefighters should use full protective clothing, eye protection and self-contained breathing apparatus when fighting chemical fires. Use water spray to cool nearby containers and structures exposed to fire.
Unusual fire and explosion hazards: Thick Black smoke from a fire scene contains a lot of harmful substances produces by burning, (See 10.) Exposure to this decomposition is harmful to health. Use appropriate techniques to fight surrounding fire.

6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
Steps to be taken in case material is released or spilled: Comply with all applicable health and environmental regulations. Eliminate fire, avoid the dust. The protection measures involved are listed in the 7 and 8 sections. Clean overflow powder should be vacuum cleaners use antistatic or wet cleaning brush, and waste disposal according to the rules (see section 13) collected to be treated in a sealed container. Do not use a broom, in order to avoid the formation of dust layer and electrostatic accumulation. Do not drain directly into the sewer or river. Ventilate the area. Use personal protective equipment & respiratory protection during cleanup. Avoid generation of dust and place in a tight container for disposal.

7. HANDLING AND STORAGE PRECAUTIONS
Handling: Handle in accordance with Good Industrial Hygiene, Safety Practice and local chemical procedure for waste disposal, does not belong to dangerous chemicals.. Exclude heat source, open flame. Avoid contact with skin, eyes or clothing. Avoid inhalation of dust. Wear protective clothing & respiratory protection.
Storage: Store in tight containers in a cool with 26 C below, dry place away from incompatible materials. Avoid direct sunlight indoor, not close to the fire, heating.
Other Precautions: Use only with adequate ventilation. Keep containers tightly closed and upright when not in use. Open the packaging must be re sealed, and put in the place to prevent leakage.

8. EXPOSURE CONTROL AND PERSONAL PROTECTION
Persons with a history of respiratory and allergic reactions must be exposed to the product or treated under appropriate medical supervision.
Respiratory protection: avoid inhalation of dust
Ventilation: Provide Local Exhaust/ Mechanical (General) ventilation.I these measures still can not control the dust concentration in the occupational exposure limit, it is required to wear respiratory protective equipment.
